Is it possible to make water more diamagnetic? If so, how? It would also help if the changes could be transferred to plants to affect the diamagnetic properties of the plant.
Water's diamagnetic properties are intrinsic to its molecular structure and cannot be altered without changing the substance itself. Attempts to enhance water's diamagnetism, such as adding powdered bismuth, do not yield effective results, as the atomic structure of water remains unchanged. Furthermore, the uptake of bismuth by plants from water is uncertain and requires further investigation. Therefore, enhancing the diamagnetic properties of water or transferring these properties to plants is not feasible.
PREREQUISITESPhysicists, chemists, botanists, and anyone interested in the properties of materials and their interactions with biological systems.
