is our universe a membrane with almost no dimension(the space between two quarks)?

Not according to the cosmological model that best explains our observations, ie. the LCDM model. There is no experimental evidence of more than 4D.

One thing they are looking for at LHC is missing momentum in scattering processes. Missing momentum could indicate existence of extra dimensions. However, it can also indicate undetected particles.
