does anybody know how to make an amortization table on ti 89.. or something like this..

    Cash Effective Increase in Outstanding
    Interest Interest Balance Balance
    645,459
    1 10,050 12,909 2,859 648,318
    2 10,050 12,966 2,916 651,234
    3 10,050 13,025 2,975 654,209
    4 10,050 13,084 3,034 657,243
    5 10,050 13,145 3,095 660,338
    6 10,050 13,207 3,157 663,495
    7 10,050 13,270 3,220 666,715
    8 10,050 13,335 3,285 670,000
    80,400 104,941 24,541
    ________________________________________

where you see a pattern here..

IIB (increase in balance) = EI – CI
    And the OB new =IIB+OBold
