My question is:
With a controller gain that meets the condition on the ramp set point, what is the largest achievable phase margin?

I have no idea what the solution is saying! Does anyone know what this means exactly??

I know what phase margin is, but I'm not familiar with the phrase "gain that meets the condition on the ramp set point". Can you elaborate or post a diagram of what this means? Does the "ramp" refer to some portion of the Bode plot?
