Looking for a good book on moletronics that is priced reasonably. This is a very niche subject and I doubt many people have gotten into it.
It is basically how molecules form to create various electronic components.

Any suggestions?

This appears to be the best book:

“Molecular Electronics: An Introduction to Theory and Experiment”

Publishers will charge a lot for niche subjects with few books but a lot of promise.

So in this case, its $300 on Amazon. You might be able to find it on abebooks.com
or buy the Amazon Kindle version at $48 and read it on your computer or the paperback version for $53.
