I thought it might be fun if we created our own math related images that can be translated into a movie title, or perhaps even book and song titles. The first person who guesses the title correctly then gets to create their own image.

So, I will start with a movie title:

Great idea!

I watch a good amount of movies but am drawing a complete blank here. Is the film pre or post 2000?

What is the parabola supposed to represent? I also assume the arrow pointing at the red dot is another clue?

The red dot is a point on the curve (doesn't have to be parabolic)...a particular type of point where the derivative is zero and the second derivative is negative...

Oh no! Should have thought this through. (Wasntme)

Fair enough though, I will comply with the rules although I must warn everyone that I am no artist. I shall post my contribution tomorrow!

No worries. I drew out 2 ahead of time and I wouldn't say they're the best drawings you'll ever see. (Rofl)

Hey, please don't feel obligated to make one of your own...because I should have said in my previous reply that "Feel free to post your own image if you would like..."...:o
