Msc Physics in IIT??

hi guys,
my sister is interested in pursuing her MSc physics in IIT i would like to know what the criteria is, what is the syllabus and all details about this entrance. also which IIT is suitable for Physics. my sister is currently into 3rd yr BSc(hons) in Physics. she will be completing by next March 31st. If some one can help me it wud be great

i am also preparing for it.i got the syllabus from the site www.indiaeducation.com.one has to pass JAM and get 60% marks.All iit's offer excellant class.iit suitable for u'r sister depends on her location and interest
