Could you say more what you mean by "multicasting"? I assume the context is some sort of network, but there are many kinds of networks. IP? If so, which one? Point to point? Multidrop? WiFi? Meshed RF? MSTP? etc...

Dear mentor,
In syllabus there is no more clarity in that topic. I expect it's "Internet Multicasting".Thanks

Hmm, I can think of one reason that an Internet Push would want to be secure -- can you?

hi berkeman,

I think so , i believe the functionality of same may be
1. receiver/source access control
2. group key management
3. multicast fingerprinting
4. secure multicast routing

please advise more

Thanks

Could you please post your exact schoolwork/homework question? Is it asking about *why* your would use secure multicasting, or *how* you would implement secure multicasting?
