I would like to write a paper all in Latex.

Is there such a thing as a Latex program?

You can download MikTeX for Windows or get MacTeX for Mac. There are a lot of text editors that work with LaTeX.

Not that you will be able to understand much, as it is in Polish, but if you go to http://www.bpp.com.pl/odwlekaneporzadki/ there are links to pdf version of my book - prepared with MiTeX.
