To answer this you must say when it glew first in the given time interval. Anyway the time interval contains 4970 seconds and thus the answershould be something near 382-383
 
"glew"?? Well, why not? The past tense of "blow" is "blew". Obviously, the past tense of "glow" is "glew"!

Gosh, I'm glad English is such a reasonable language!
