I do not know how it's ranked, but it looks like a good place for graduate study judging from the faculty size and research output. It can be difficult to get a lot of meaning from rankings alone. Universities that are ranked low may have their own niches and ties to industry, labs, etc. that some higher ranked universities may not have. You should know what your goals are so you can pick a good university for yourself.
