Patents, blueprints, and resources? New tech gadgets blueprints?

I saw the samsung edge released and I thought it would be very cool if I learned how it works. So are there any patents, blueprints, etc. that is on the curved display technology? I want to see it for myself because it's cool.

Is there a way to see other patents or blueprints legally?

Patents are public domain, so just do a search. Engineering drawings? No.
