Problem on heat transfer on multilayer

Hi everyone...

I am doing a problem on heat transfer on multilayers... want to find out the emmisivity of some materials like silicon, silicon dioxide, Nickel, Tungten... Can anyone suggest me some papers or links or good books to get the emmisivty of these materials...
