I am to find a training center in any country to be trained in protection systems. I am able to locate one on the internet to Malaysia and the website is www.malaysia4training.com. My question is, should I trust this site?

Without realizing it, you asked a very narrow technical question and you got a very narrow technical answer. Should you trust the web site? No. You have no idea who put that thing up. However, if you know of this school, look them up by other means and call them. Do not trust the web site.
