Homework Statement
Prove that the sequence [tex]a_n=\frac{1}{n}+\frac{(-1)^n}{n^2}[/tex] converges to 0 using the definition of convergence.
The Attempt at a Solution
I'm pretty stumped on this one...all I've written is [tex]|\frac{1}{n}+\frac{(-1)^n}{n^2}-0| < \epsilon[/tex]
The only way I know how to attack this problem at the moment is to try and get n in terms of ε but I haven't gotten anywhere with that so far.
