You cannot transfer (useful) information quicker than light (or without any transfer of light, particles or similar). You can get the same bits at the same time at two positions far away, but you cannot set those bits at one side to receive them at the other.

I did not assume it.Could you teleport it slower than light and have two way communication?In one place I read that quantum communication maybe used for satellites.
If so, than any conventional link of communication will NOT be used?

You always need a transfer channel to transmit information from A to B. This can be classical, this can be particles in specific quantum states, or whatever, but you have to transfer something.
