Question About Time: An Exploration

Sorry first, my language is bad.

Is time presence? If yes, how the clock represent the time?

Is the time bring us to go? Or we go with time?

Let say a space shuttle over the speed of light. Which will over the past? Inside or outside the space shuttle? Both? Or the space shuttle can't over the speed of light?

No object with mass can travel at or faster than the speed of light.
