Does anyone here can advise me which of the following Fluid Dynamics is good for Beginner?

Just for information, I like a kind of R. C. Hibbeler books such as Statics, Dynamics, and Mechanics of Materials to help undergraduate students understanding the fields

Actually, the main purpose of my interest is Formula One / Grand Prix Engine Design.

do you want an undergraduate textbook or a post graduate one?

a good beginner textbook of fluid mechanics is by Frank M. White (Mc-Graw Hill)

Andersonn's aerodynamics is also excellent

If you are interested in engine design you should look up books on IC engines.
