Reaction between potassiumhydrogensulfate & potassiumhydroxide

Hi,

Is the reaction between potassiumhydrogensulfate & potassiumhydroxide a proton-transfer reaction? If it is, it must also be an acid-base reaction. But the problem is that its not a reaction between an acid & base, but between a salt & a base!

Write formula of potassium hydrogen sulfate and dissociation reaction for the salt.

Just because it happens to be a "salt", it doesn't means it always loses its ability to react with other acid or base. And also, acid and base are relative terms, so don't worry about KHSO₄ being acidic or basic.
