Relation between wet ability and viscosity

Hi everibody...
I do not know is this question will be stupid...
is there relation mathematical, phisics,etc..between wet ability and viscosity of one liquid type oil?

They are independent properties of fluids. Wettability depends on the interfacial properties of the three phases in contact, while viscosity is a property of the bulk material.
