You may not believe this but there is an actual Rock, Paper, Scissors league. They sent representatives to all the college bars in my town to get people to compete. The best 'players' of the evening had their names taken for a chance to win a free trip to Las Vegas to compete on ESPN. I kid you not.

Sorry, but that's rule breaking. Once something is beaten it is gone: you can't go back and change a previous event. If you have contention with the fact that a hippie could beat a nuke, then consider if they managed to lobby the congress to remove all nukes.
