Is there any way to go about simplifying this?

-3x^5y^2/6x

Thanks.

[tex]\frac{-3x^5y^2}{6x}[/tex]

Is that the problem?

If so then the x in the denominator cancels with one x in the numerator.

I get this??

[tex]\displaystyle{\frac{-x^4y^2}{2}}[/tex]
