Hello, I'm an international student attending a community college for my first year. Is it possible to transfer after the first year to a university. This in particular pertains to the university of Madison in Wisconsin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly, if I fulfill the 24 credits would transfer be possible? or does that include the social sciences ?

Unfortunately, the odds are that you will not find anybody in your particular situation here at PhysicsForums, and as such, given the highly-specific nature of the question you're asking, you're unlikely to get a response. You also don't mention your major, the program you want to transfer into, or the community college you're planning on attending.

If you are attending Madison Area Technical College, and you are planning on following engineering, then, as your link suggests you should sign The Engineering Transfer Blueprint Contract, fulfill the blueprint requirements, and most important of all, talk to the Madison College Transfer Advisor and COE Transfer Coordinator. If not, you should really talk to the people at the transfer office, to discuss your particular situation:
