Hi all.
How's the research and ranking of the engineering school of UC San Diego?
Do you think it is a top tier school in the US?

In general, UCSD is a good engineering school, but it depends a bit on the specific type of engineering. In particular, UCSD is in the top five in the U.S. for biomedical engineering and in the top ten or twenty for electrical engineering (with particular strengths in digital signal processing and device physics).
