Can anyone help me, how to use fetch command in abaqus I don't understand where you have to type command

I have tuorials and there is that:I should input that command my operating system command prompt
I tried START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>COMMAND PROMPT and input fetch command ,but it doesn't recognize this command.

What computer are you using? PC, Mac, Mainframe, other?

What operating system are you using?

Can you attach a screenshot of what your display looks like as you try to run Abacus?
