Hi,

I would like to learn to to design Vacuum Systems for typical materials processing. Pressures on the order of 1*10^-8 torr. I know there is an ASME standard, but I am looking something more introductory that goes about how the fabrication is done and what calculations are important. If you could direct me to a book or some other resource it would be much appreciated.
