What are Case Study Topics For Electrical Engineering?

I would like to ask some topics of case study for my paper. I want a topic that involves collecting data within the university campus for example, Energy Audit. It also must be able to solve a problem as well. Like in the case of Energy Audit - "suggest ways to improve energy consumption"
