What exactly is a complex acoustic pressure?

I have an impedance tube and it gives me the magnitude (dB) and phase (phase) of a signaa.
So does that mean the complex pressure at that point is simply the [Magnitude] +i[Phase Value]?
Does I need to change the units at all?
