When universe is still a strange point, what is in the universe? (asume big bang did happen and universe was created in a certain time)

What do you mean by "strange point"? Do you mean the Big Bang singularity?
 
The BB singularity is much too shy to reveal her innermost secrets. We are only permitted to know what happened after the first Planck time.
