What is the Best Way to Write a Short Webpage Title?

In summary, "Not Applicable" or "N/A" is a term used to indicate that something is not relevant or does not apply. It should be used when a question or statement does not pertain to the person answering it, and it is important to be honest when using it. "Not Applicable" is not the same as "No", and it is acceptable to leave a question as "Not Applicable" if it truly does not apply. The abbreviation "N/A" is often used for convenience and has the same meaning as "Not Applicable".

It's really just the two steps: factor (x-3) out of each term and then distribute to make 2(X+2) be 2x+4.

Does that help?
