Where Can I Find Books to Learn Electrical Engineering?

Can someone give me a lead for acquiring books for electrical engineering? I want to learn electrical engineering, but I would be starting from scratch and would like to purchase books to teach myself. Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I'm not sure what your statement "From the scratch" means do you mean colomb's law, gauss law? or maxwell's equations? or basis circuit analysis and all the engineering material?
