Which color radiates more heat in a spectrum

can some one explain what chromatic dispersion is? and it helps me finding which colour radiates more heat in the given spectrum.

Dispersion is a different phenomenon from emissivity. Dispersion is simply a quantification of how the refractive index of an object changes with wavelength, while emissivity is a quantification of how much energy is radiated from an object.
