Hi,

I needed some help with robotics but, strangely, found only a small number of threads about robotics topics. I don't know the reason for this but I think it'd nice if PhysicsForums had a separate sub-forum for robotics. Anyway, which sub-forum should be used to post questions about robotics theory, or PhysicsForums is not for discussions about robotics theory. Thank you!

Robots are electromechanical (yes, that's a real word) machines. The electrical systems and control theory fit nicely into electrical engineering, the mechanical systems fit into mechanical engineering.
