Hi experts... I'm new to this forum and want to know that why does COP(Coefficient of Performance) in heat pumps depend on time?

What do you mean by "depends on time"? Are you asking why a heat pump's COP decreases as it ages?

I don't have anything specific to say. It's like for any other machine: wear and tear leads to reduced efficiency.
