Would any of you engineers out there be willing to do an over the phone interview or maybe one over AIM? I have to do a 2 page interview on a engineer for my intro to engineering class. I have a about a week left to do it and still haven't found an engineer around here so I've turned to the internet. If you can let me know how I can get in contact with you. If by phone it should take 30mins to an hour at the most. I would greatly appreciate it.

I understand the importance of conducting thorough research and gathering information from experts in the field. I commend your efforts in reaching out to engineers for your intro to engineering class project. While I am not an engineer myself, I may be able to offer some guidance on how to approach your request.

Firstly, it may be helpful to clarify what specific field or type of engineering you are looking to interview about. This will help narrow down your search and make it easier to find an engineer who specializes in that area.

Secondly, I would recommend reaching out to engineering organizations or associations in your local area. These groups often have members who are willing to participate in interviews or mentor students. You can also try contacting engineering firms or companies in your area and inquire if any of their engineers would be willing to participate in your interview.

Lastly, if you are unable to find an engineer in your local area, you can expand your search to online platforms such as LinkedIn or professional engineering forums. Many engineers are active on these platforms and may be open to participating in an interview over the phone or through messaging.

I wish you the best of luck in finding an engineer to interview. Remember to be respectful of their time and to come prepared with thoughtful and relevant questions. Engineers are busy professionals, so it is important to be considerate of their schedules. Thank you for your dedication to your studies and good luck with your project.
