Hey! I am going to choose my specialization soon in my engineering physics degree, but I am very uncertain on what I want to do. Only thing I know is that I want to work on something cutting edge.

So what areas of science and tech do you find exciting, and why? Do you know anything about employability in this field?

Robotics and nano-tech especially medical nano-tech are pretty cutting edge.

Robotics seems to move along at a glacial pace with the latest push being the DARPA challenge.
