No, I don't want to ask about the programming language
I read that few months ago in some university in Australia there was an exepriment. They were making an observation of some ancient "place" and the data they obtained implied a change in the fine structure constant, which must have different value than today. They supposed this change was due to a change in the charge of the electron or a change in the speed of the light c. They thought the most appropiate was a change in c.
I want to confirm this data and I want to know what do you think about this and what implications can have that c is not constant in time.
