1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

A snowboarder of mass 85 kg slides down the trail shown in the figure below. The first part of the trail is a ramp that makes an angle of 19degrees with the horizontal, and the final portion of the trail is flat. Find the work done by gravity on the snowboarder as she travels from the beginning to the end of this trail. For the figure use h = 44 m.
