5 multiple choice with radio buttons and scores the selection

In summary, multiple choice questions with recorded correct answers and the ability for others to provide feedback could be a popular feature on MHB. It is suggested to look at existing pdf forms for design inspiration.

ok this didn't preview assume the
\usepackage{hyperref}
\usepackage{ifthen}
needs to be in preamble

well what I am trying to do is provide a series of multiple choice questions
that will keep a record of the number of times a correct answer is given
actually I don't know if you can generate a pdf via MHB In prettily sure this can be be since so many pdf application forms have multiple choice and the answers are recorded and given to those needing that info.

I also think multiple choose questions could become very popular here with responses like "correct" or make suggestions

on how to improve the answer. What I suggest is that you look at some existing pdf forms and see how they are designed. Then you can replicate that design in MHB.

1. What is the purpose of using radio buttons in a multiple choice question?

Radio buttons are used to allow users to select only one option from a list of choices. This ensures that the user can only make one selection, providing a more accurate and precise response to the question.

2. How are scores calculated in a multiple choice question with radio buttons?

Scores in a multiple choice question with radio buttons are typically calculated by assigning a point value to each correct answer. The total number of points earned by the user is then used to determine their overall score for the question.

3. Can a user change their selection after submitting an answer in a multiple choice question with radio buttons?

In most cases, a user cannot change their selection after submitting an answer in a multiple choice question with radio buttons. This is because radio buttons only allow for one selection, and changing it after submission would violate this rule.

4. How do radio buttons differ from checkboxes in a multiple choice question?

Radio buttons are different from checkboxes in that they only allow for one selection, whereas checkboxes allow for multiple selections. This makes radio buttons more suitable for questions that require a single, specific response.

5. Can radio buttons be used in a question with more than 5 options?

Yes, radio buttons can be used in a question with more than 5 options. However, it is important to keep in mind that having too many options can make it more difficult for the user to make a decision, so it is recommended to limit the number of options to a manageable amount.
