Hey all, the S&D forum seemed to be stagnant and you can't exchange ideas without discourse, so here's a conversation starter:

The second link contains a "photograph."

My guess by the description ("whitish, yet transparent") is a weather balloon. The accompanying photograph seems to show a "smeared" object. Either from camera instability or because of object motion.

Any other thoughts?
