In summary, promoting mental health and well-being in the scientific community can be achieved through various approaches such as creating a supportive and inclusive work culture, providing access to mental health resources and support, and addressing systemic issues such as work-life balance and job insecurity. It is also crucial to reduce stigma and increase awareness of mental health issues, as well as prioritize self-care and work-life balance among scientists to foster a healthier and more resilient community.

Good day to you all, dear dedicated scientists!

My name is Daniel and I'm in my last semester of undergraduate mathematics studies, in Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
Although I'm always eager to discuss math and science, I'm also very interested in discussing the non-scientific aspects of being a mathematician/scientist. I find that overlooking this subject can have a very negative impact on both emotional health and scientific work.

So once again hello and I hope we can learn a lot from each other!
