I'm a 15 year old boy in high school and I have a sever case of ADHD but I take medicine for it. I love learning but lately I've noticed how much time games have gotten in the way. It's become a problem because I will be playing a game and I will know that it's taking away precious learning time but I cannot bring myself to stop. Has anybody else dealt with this problem? Any tips? I seriously LOVE physics but my biggest undoing is video games.

What I do is think about the how difficult it will be to study everything in the 5-mins before Exams.
It's like walking on fire.

You can try uninstalling the game too.
