I just wanted to ask if anyone could point me in the direction of a good, introductory to intermediate level resource which explains how air turbines work, and maybe to some design software I could play around with? I am coming from a plasma physics background so I have taken advanced fluid dynamics courses and have written finite element codes, etc. but all were from a more theoretical point of view.
