You will notice that the "surprised" smilie has no closing ':'

Why is this?

Any plans to "fix" it, by adding a ':' ? :smile:

It's been that way since the last time Greg changed smilies and was nearly lynched by the mob for it. If it was changed now, all the threads that have that surprised smiley in them wouldn't display it. I'm still waiting for that :groan: smiley! :biggrin:

You can remote link to your own smilies if you want 'em that badly.

Some (maybe many) sites prevent hotlinking since it uses bandwidth.
