I can't get through the first couple of paragraphs of that. By the terminology used, I suspect that it's a total crock. He seems to be claiming to create an artificial gravity environment by electromagnetic manipulation, which would mean that he first has to unify electromagnatism with gravity. As far as I know, that search is still under way. Do the term 'TOE' ring a bell?
