Ingredients.

2 large eggs
Small tin of baked beans
1 tomato
2 sausages
4 rashers smokey bacon
2 field mushrooms about 3inches across
1/4 inch thick round of brown bread
1 medium sizes potato (a waxy variety)
1/2 cup flour

Peel potato and cut into 1/2 inch cubes, drain on kitchen paper, break 1 egg into a bowl and put potato cubes in. put flour onto a plate, toss the potato cubes in the flour, chuck into hot sizzling lard, cook until crispy brown. put in pre heated oven to keep hot
Fry the bacon until very crispy, drain, put into a bag and smash it up quite fine.
fry sausages and put in oven to keep hot
on a low heat fry tomato and mushrooms, add a knob of butter to oil.
brush bread with oil both sides and grill.
take out all the stuff in the oven and plate up onto warm plate.
crack egg into hot fat and take off heat, leave for about a minute, when cooked place on fried bread.
sprinkle bacon bits all over.
Serve with a mug of tea and bread and butter
