What is the best type of locking mechanism for a watch band?

In summary, the conversation discusses the need for a locking mechanism on a watch band that cannot be removed by the wearer and does not require a key or source that can be lost. The suggestion of a Bluetooth lock is mentioned, but the speaker is not fully convinced. Suggestions for other technologies such as handcuffs, ankle bracelets, or cable ties are also welcomed.

Can anyone help me in what they think would work as far as placing a locking mechanism on a watch band??

I need it to lock onto the wrist. So it can not be taken off by the wearer.
I do not want it to need any type of key or source that can be lost.
I have been recommended a bluetooth type of lock, but am not totally convinced it would work.

Any and all advice is VERY welcome. Thank you Thank you!

Welcome to PF.
The technology you should search is probably; hand cuffs, ankle bracelet or cable ties.
