Not to question you sir but isn't the light bulb a reaction process where the resistance of the filament and the amount of voltage through the circuit (not the speed in which electrons move around) is the reason for illumination?
For general information, I would like to explain the differences between CAT3- CAT6 cabling. If you were to lay a twisted pair of any cabling, you would find that the twists per inch matched the category. CAT3; 3 twists per inch. CAT6; 6 twists per inch etc... Then is the issue of CATe cable...
