Pivoting Rod and Ball - Rotational Dynamics
I=(2*m*(r+L)^2)/5)+(mL^2)/3 I=.0985 so KE=1/2(.0985)\omega^2 I need to find omega so I can find kinetic E. Correct? How does one find omega? Obviously gravity affects the speed but gravity isn't the same over the entire rotation so how does that work out?- DelPopolo
