    Where can I find common parameters of power transformers?

    Manufacturers rarely provide detailed information on that. I have not seen it in catalogs or product data cutsheets with for example Eaton or Schneider Electric. I think you will have to call them.

    I thought gamma, high freq, waves escape the collapse.in QM. Would that not be considered lost info?

    I think it's by definition that CP and CQ are the same, line p denotes the circle, which has rise/slide df/dx as sin/cos which is tangent of the angle at P, which is the same angle as the dotted line makes with the x axis. If line p wasn't a radius, the slope would not be tan.
